  Went there on Saturday to notarize two titles and a bill of sale. The notary said that there should be a special place on the document said notary signature here and refused to notarize anything!! Although titles have special place for notary.
  I had to go to different location and boy.. what a different experience was there !! I had to pay 20$ but I did't mind because because of the attitude and quality of services.
  This was fist time I went to this branch because notary from my branch was out on Saturday. I will never go to this location again.
