  The doctors are good, but the staff are ridiculously slow. I needed eye injections-a procedure that takes 5 minutes-but spent up to 2 hours past my appointment time waiting to be seen. The last straw was the office staff telling me that "summer hours".were to be scheduled no later than 3:30 pm. I ended up having to take a half day off just to make that time- then promptly got my eyes dilated and told to wait...and wait...and wait some more. People were still arriving at 4:45, two of whom showed up after me and were taken before me. When I mentioned this, I was told they had appointments before me... I'd had it since this was obviously not going to get done any time soon.
  
  My advice-if you need a retina specialist, find somewhere else unless you enjoy wasting hours waiting to be seen... I won't be going back
