  Is it possible to leave zero stars? No hot water. Poor customer service. Loss of good with promise to return them to us followed by complete ignorance of the matter. Shabby facility. Smoky rooms. Grimy floors.
  
  To summarize:
  - lack of basic amenities (hot water)
  - lack of cleanliness
  - shabby environment
  - no customer service
  
  STAY AWAY.

  Location was right off of the NJ turnpike which is great but getting out of the parking lot itself, not so great! The rooms were very nice, comes with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, iron board, and a lighted mirror in the bathroom. Also, an indoor pool, which is plus... all in all... I would recommend it.
