  This review is a difficult one. On the plus side their actual doctors and nurses are amazing and seem to genuinely care.
  
  But what knocks all of that into the mud is getting past the horrid woman who runs their phones and front desk. She has the stunning ability to turn a 45 second phone call to make an appointment into a more negative and stressful experience than having a sick child.
